Products — the K8Box family
Five well-scoped building blocks. Each solves a distinct problem. They run on their own — or together, when a team needs an entire platform. The shared denominator: EU hosting, open-source-first, EUR pricing, no hyperscaler in the dependency chain.
K8Box — Kubernetes
Production Kubernetes for European SMBs without an EKS-shaped bill or a transatlantic data flow. Fully isolated landing zones per customer with their own VXLAN, gateway, and one or more clusters. Stack: Talos Linux, Cilium, Proxmox in Hetzner colocation. Portable to Scaleway, Open Telekom Cloud, or any datacenter that takes hardware.
Atrium — Identity
Multi-tenant identity for SaaS founders who don't want to spend eight hours per quarter babysitting Keycloak. OIDC, token exchange (RFC 8693), realm hierarchies for organisations with sub-tenants, EU hosting by default. Clean separation between customer auth and internal auth.
Tally — Billing
EU-sovereign billing in EUR. Subscription lifecycle, invoicing, VAT handling under OSS and reverse charge without you having to build a tax engine. GoBD-compliant retention from day one. Stripe and PayPal are optional payment back-ends — not mandatory.
Spectrum — Telemetry
Behavioural analytics that stay in the EU. Your own schema, your own retention rules, exportable raw data — instead of GA, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. Privacy by default: no third-party cookies, no cross-site trackers, no data flow to US services.
TCW Lab — CI
CI primitives as container images, not as YAML actions. Each pipeline-step image runs locally, in CI, or as a K8s job — identically. No binding to a CI vendor, no 600 unaudited GitHub Actions in the supply chain. Reproducible, portable, auditable.
